Writing desk

The desk is made of solid African padauk and maple. (Except for drawers’ bottom, which is plywood). The finish is 3 coats of wipe-on polyurethane. Legs can be detached for transportation. The design evolved as I was building it, so there are no plans and it looks very different from what I initially intended. This is my third large project, which took about 5 times longer to complete than I thought.
